These satisfyingly nutty oatcakes have been baked with beremeal, a very old gain that has been cultivated mainly in Orkney in Scotland since the neolithic times. Crafted by a fourth generation, family-owned bakery that dates back to the 1890s, the savoury biscuits make the perfect addition to a cheeseboard with a little chutney or relish - though they're equally as tasty for breakfast or lunch with avocado and fresh tomatoes or cream cheese.
