On the nose there are strong notes of stoney fruit, especially peach and apricot, with hints of sherried dried fruit and Bourbon cask vanilla. Equally fruity, the palate has a substantial body and a velvety texture, whilst the finish is long and sweet with notes of marzipan and dried apricots.
