Harvested from the rainforests of Brazil where it grows wild, açai berry is first macerated in alcohol for twelve weeks to release all of its natural colour and flavours, then blended by Woodstar's Master Liquoriste in the Cognac region of France with blackcurrants, berries, botanicals, and cocoa.
A light-bodied drink with deep complexity and a deliciously dry finish, this is a perfect low-alcohol alternative – yet best enjoyed in a wine glass.
