With Christmas approaching, our store is getting busier, so if you'd prefer a quieter shopping experience, you might like to know that our Piccadilly flagship is less crowded between 10am and 12pm, and between 6pm and 8pm.
Here are a few helpful tips on how to get the most from your visit...
Once you're inside Fortnum's, we recommend starting upstairs on our 3rd Floor, where you'll find our Cook Shop, Distillery and Food & Drink Studio, before working your way down to our 1st Floor Christmas Shop, our Ground Floor and our Lower Ground Floor.
Whether you're shopping for gifts, food and drink, or Christmas hampers, there's so much to discover on every floor.
You'll find plenty of helpful signage around the floors to help you find your way, as well as our army of Red Coats, who'll be happy to help you find whatever you need. We've also added extra shopping space and more tills on our Ground Floor Mezzanine.
