A true hit of sweet citrus flavours, this glorious pale golden stuff blends tart lemon with aromatic begramot and sweet, juicy orange.
Some have gone so far as to say it occupies a sweet spot between lemon curd and a really strong, bitter marmalade. And what could be more delicious than that?
Orange & Whisky Marmalade
Made with a good glug of real whisky - though not enough, thankfully, to make this jar a dangerous proposition at breakfastime - the resulting flavour is equal parts bittersweet, powerful and zesty.
