Honey Mustard Chipolatas recipe
This is the perfect canapé or side dish for any gathering, and it packs some serious flavour thanks to Fortnum’s Whole Grain Mustard and Italian Maple Honey.

Ingredients
Serves 6-8 as a party canapé or as a side dish
700g chipolata sausages
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp of sunflower oil
How to Cook
STEP 1
Preheat the oven to 200°C/180°C Fan/gas mark 6.
STEP 2
Arrange the sausages in a large roasting tin or baking tray. In a small bowl, stir together the mustard, honey, soy sauce and oil. Pour over the sausages, then stir with a spoon to combine until they are all well coated.
STEP 3
Roast for 20-25 minutes, shaking the pan halfway through cooking.
STEP 4
Serve hot as a delicious dinner side dish.
