How to Enter
Entries must be received between 8am (UK time) on the 21st June and 11.59pm (UK time) on the 22nd August 2021 (the “Closing Date”). Entries received after the Closing Date will not be accepted.
To enter use the hashtag #FortnumsSummer in your image caption for a chance to win a Fortnum & Mason picnic experience (the 'Draw').
Eligibility
This prize draw is open to all UK and international customers aged 18 years or over and must not be employees of the Promoter or members of their immediate family or employees of agents or suppliers of the Promoter. There is no cost to enter and no purchase is necessary. However, access to the Internet is necessary. Use of automatic, scripted or bulk entries are not permitted.
Only one entry is permitted per social media handle and if there are more only the first entry will be eligible.
Prize
The prize is the ultimate Fortnum & Mason picnic for four people worth over £2,500. The delivery is subject to the same restrictions as our standard UK and international delivery services and so contents may vary.
Winner Selection
One winner will be selected by our marketing team from the eligible entries received by the Closing Date.
The prize is subject to availability. We reserve the right to provide a similar prize of equal or greater value or to replace any part of a prize with items of equal or greater value. There is no cash alternative and each prize is non-transferable and non-refundable.
If a winner does not respond within 14 days of first being notified, then the prize will be forfeited and we shall be entitled to select another winner (and that winner will have to respond to the email within 14 days of first notification or else they will also forfeit their prize). If a winner rejects the prize, then the prize will be forfeited and the Promoter shall be entitled to select another winner.

Changes
The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend this prize drawer these terms and conditions at its sole discretion and without notice. Updated terms and conditions will be published on this page of our website.
Data Protection and Publicity
By entering this prize draw, you understand that for the purpose of administering prize draws and for prize fulfilment, it is necessary for the promoter to hold and process your personal data.
Personal data or images that you submit during the course of this prize draw will only be used by us for the purpose of administering the draw and on website and social media channels.
If you are the winner of the prize draw, you agree that the Promoter may use your Instagram handle, name and image to announce the winner of this prize draw and for any other reasonable and related promotional activity for no further consideration.
The winner may be asked to participate in publicity associated with the prize draw but participating in publicity is not a requirement of entering.
Limitation of Liability
The Promoter will not be liable for any loss, expense or damage which is suffered in connection with this prize draw or using the prize, except for where such liability cannot be excluded by law in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law. Your statutory rights are not affected.
General
These terms are subject to the laws of England and Wales and any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
The promoter is not responsible for lost or late entries due to technical difficulties or otherwise.
