Made in Scotland | The Coronation Collection
Scottish-Made & Magnificent!
MEET FOUR CREATIONS FROM OUR CORONATION COLLECTION, ALL MADE IN SCOTLAND

His Majesty King Charles III has long-held a deep affection for Scotland. Educated in the country as a schoolboy and a frequent fixture at the Royal Family's Balmoral residence, HM King Charles III is a keen student of Scotland's history and traditions, a passionate advocate for the glorious natural splendour of its countryside, too.
So naturally, when it came to creating our Coronation Collection, it was important that Scotland – the home of so many exceptional things to sip and savour – was suitably represented.
And thanks to the skill and creativity of some of the country's finest food and drink producers, we're delighted to shine a light on a selection of delicious and unmistakably Scottish favourites. From a wee dram that's perfect for toasting this happy and glorious occasion to a pair of iconic teatime favourites, prepare to indulge in an authentic taste of Scotland. Slainte mhath!

Caledonia Fruitcake
~
Inspired by Their Majesties King Charles III & Queen Camilla's love of Scotland – and taking its name from the historic Latin title, used by the Roman Empire, for the north-western part of modern day Scotland – this extraordinary fruit cake is handcrafted by a family-run bakery in Edinburgh.
Made with lashings of Scottish heather honey and whisky from the Royal Deeside region, it’s the perfect partner to a robust cup of our Royal Blend.

Royal Brackla Single Malt Scotch Whisky
~
This extremely rare parcel was distilled in the Highlands by Royal Brackla, the first Scotch distillery to hold a Royal Warrant and one of only two active distilleries to hold the 'Royal' suffix.
In 2018, the whisky was transferred to two Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon barrels by Hunter Laing & Co., and specially selected by Fortnum & Mason for bottling to commemorate the Coronation. A supremely elegant dram: herbal and subtly honeyed, with complex red fruit character and sweet oaky spices.

Our Scottish Ling Heather Honey Biscuits
~
Wonderfully buttery and certain to add a little sweetness to any teatime celebration, these extraordinary biscuits are made by our expert bakers with aromatic Scottish Ling Heather honey, made by hives of busily flitting bees north of the border.
Light and elegant, they’re a perfect partner to the bold muscatel character of our Coronation Darjeeling tea.
