INTRODUCING SOME OF THE SWEETEST CREATIONS IN OUR CORONATION COLLECTION

For centuries, we've been obsessed with the pursuit of extraordinary honey. If the Eau de Nil coloured beehives on the roof of our Piccadilly home weren't proof enough, then the row upon row of honeys on our shelves most certainly are.
And so, with a celebration of truly epic proportions on the horizon, it's no surprise that our thoughts turned immediately to honey, and how we could mark the Coronation of Their Majesties King Charles III & Queen Camilla in deliciously sweet, inimitably Fortnum's fashion.
Enter our Kingdom Honey Selection: an assortment of six glorious honeys from across the United Kingdom, made by busily buzzing British bees, foraging on homegrown flowers everywhere from the Kent countryside to the Isle of Man.
Exclusively available for Click and Collect from our Piccadilly store, find out more about each of these new honeys below, and prepare to be transported on a mouthwatering tour of some the UK's most wonderful honey-making destinations.

The Kingdom Honey Selection
~
Northern Ireland
This incredible honey promises fruity and subtly tart flavours, and hails from hives just a bee’s flight from the Giant’s Causeway – where the bees forage among the brambles and blackberries.
Isle of Man
This honey’s uniquely bittersweet notes of marzipan and dried fruits come from the vibrant purple bell heather flowers which bloom in late-summer on the Isle of Man.
Duchy Home Farm
Crafted at King Charles III’s 900-acre organic farm in Gloucestershire, this delicious and sustainably-made honey is the work of Duchy Farm’s honeybees, who flit and forage on white clover across the estate.ns
Welsh Honey
Exclusive to Fortnum’s, this light and subtly-sweet summer honey is made in Fron Goch – an ancient Iron Age hill fort amid the rolling Welsh hills, where bees forage on plentiful rosebay willowherb, lindens and brambles.
Hatch Park Kent
Made for Fortnum’s at Hatch Park – a holiday destination for the late-Queen and Duke of Edinburgh – this amber honey owes its subtle bittersweetness to the blossom of the sweet chestnut trees which pepper the estate.
Scottish Ling Heather
Harvested with no little difficulty from hives on the wild Perthshire moors, this jelly-like honey is a rare treat indeed. Rich with bold, aromatic notes of Ling Heather, it’s truly the King of British Honey.
