Spiced Espresso Martini Recipe

This Spiced Espresso Martini, made with Fortnum’s Conker Cold Brew Coffee Liqueur, adds a warming twist to the modern classic cocktail.
Ingredients
MAKES 2
Ice
100ml vodka
500ml freshly brewed espresso
50ml Fortnum's Conker Cold Brew Coffee Liqueur
1 tbsp Fortnum’s Chef’s Cinnamon Honey
Coffee beans, star anise and/or cinnamon to garnish (optional)
Method
1. Place two martini glasses in the fridge to chill.
2. Fill a cocktail shaker generously with ice, then add the vodka, espresso, coffee liqueur, and honey. Shake until the outside of the shaker feels icy cold.
3. Strain into the chilled glasses and garnish each with coffee beans, star anise and a light sprinkle of cinnamon. Enjoy!
