Standing on the site of what was once The Fountain restaurant at Fortnum & Mason, 45 Jermyn St. opened its doors in 2015, and immediately established itself as an essential destination for intrepid foodies in the heart of historic St. James's. A decade later, the contemporary and globally-inspired menu promises seasonal ingredients and exceptional dishes, courtesy of head chef Sam White - while the always enviable (and ever-growing) cocktail list continues to impress. And to mark the 10th year of 45 Jermyn St., the restaurant's signature awnings have been beautifully redesigned by artist Jaime Hayon, adding a dash of his colour and playfulness to the neighbourhood.
