1 - Fortnum & Mason Plc of 181 Piccadilly, London, W1A 1ER ("Fortnum’s") is offering you a chance to win the Prize set out below (the "Promotion"). Fortnum's is the promoter of the Promotion and the terms and conditions below apply to the Promotion. Please read these terms and conditions carefully. By entering the Promotion you are agreeing to be bound by these terms and conditions.  

 

2 - This Promotion is only open to those with an active Membership, who at the time of entry are aged 18 years old and over and have access to the internet.  

 

3 - To enter this Promotion you must make a purchase online at fortnumandmason.com while logged into your Membership account or scan your Membership card when making a purchase at any of our UK stores or visiting any of our UK bars and restaurants between 9am on 26^th February 2026 to 11:59pm on 4th May 2026 (the "Closing Date") inclusive (the "Promotional Period").

 

4 - Entries must be received during the Promotional Period. Entries received after the Closing Date will not be accepted and will not be entered into the Promotion.

 

5 - There is a limit of one entry per Membership account. Entries on behalf of another person are not accepted and joint submissions are not allowed.  

 

6 - There will be one winner. The winning prize consists of:   
A personalised hamper up to the value of £1000 consisting of:
- 50% specified products chosen by F&M
- 50% products inspired by the winner after a consultation with F&M arranged after being contacted after the Closing Date.

 

7 - The Prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and not redeemable for cash or other items. Fortnum & Mason reserves the right to substitute items for those of a similar value in the event of non-availability.

 

8 - The Prize is subject to availability. Fortnum’s reserves the right to substitute the Prize with a prize of equal or greater value. The Prize cannot be exchanged, transferred or redeemed for cash.

 

9 - The winner will be chosen at random on 5th May 2026 by a randomised computer process.

 

10 - Fortnum’s will notify the winner by email by 12^th May 2026 (the "Prize Notification Date") to the email address specified in the ‘My Membership’ page and Fortnum’s will provide details on how to arrange the consultation and receive the Prize. If F&M cannot contact the winner within 7 days after the Prize Notification Date the winner will forfeit the Prize and Fortnum’s may re-award the Prize. 

 

11 - Once the product selections are finalised with the winner, The Prize will be delivered within 14 days of the consultation. Delivery address must be in the UK.

 

12 - The winner may be asked by Fortnum's to participate in publicity associated with the Promotion but participating in publicity is not a requirement of entering or winning a Prize under this Promotion.

 

13 - By entering this Promotion, you understand that for the purpose of administering the prize draw and for prize fulfilment, it is necessary for Fortnum’s to hold and process your personal data. The personal data you supply during the course of the Promotion will only be processed as set out in Fortnum’s' privacy policy, available at https://www.fortnumandmason.com/privacy-policy  other than:  
a - Fortnum’s must make available information that indicates that a valid award took place by sending the surname and county of the winner to anyone who emails Marketing.Emails@FortnumandMason.co.uk or writes to the address set out in Fortnum & Mason PLC 181 Piccadilly London W1A 1ER (enclosing a self-addressed envelope) within one month after the Closing Date of the Promotion, 
b - if you object to your surname and/or county being made available, please contact Fortnum’s by Marketing.Emails@FortnumandMason.co.uk. In such circumstances, Fortnum’s must still provide the information and winning entry to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.   

 

14 - Entrants agree that, to the extent permitted by law, Fortnum’s and their employees, will not be responsible for any liability for any losses or damages of any kind in connection with the Prize or participation in this Promotion. Nothing in these terms shall be construed to limit or exclude any liability of Fortnum’s for fraudulent misrepresentation, fraud, death or personal injury caused by Fortnum’s negligence or any other liability to the extent the same may not be excluded or limited as a matter of law.

 

15 - Fortnum’s does will not accept:   responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to a technical fault of any kind or postal failure; or   entries that are: automatically generated by computer; completed by third parties or in bulk; illegible, have been altered, reconstructed, forged or tampered with; or incomplete.   

 

16 - Fortnum’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. Fortnum’s may require you to provide proof that you are eligible to enter the Promotion.

 

17 - Fortnum’s reserves the right to hold void, suspend, cancel, or amend the Promotion where it becomes necessary to do so due to unforeseen circumstances outside of Fortnum’s control. If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these terms and conditions, at Fortnum’s sole discretion, Fortnum’s reserves the right to exclude you from the Promotion.   

 

18 - These terms and conditions, their subject matter and their formation, are governed by English law. You and Fortnum’s both agree that the courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction except that if you are a resident of Northern Ireland you may also bring proceedings in Northern Ireland, and if you are resident of Scotland, you may also bring proceedings in Scotland.
