Covid-19 (Coronavirus) is impacting some of our operations, which you can read more about here.
Please note that due to travel restrictions related to Covid-19, we will be unable to deliver to addresses in Northern Ireland on weekends (Saturday and Sunday).

Mainland UK Deliveries
CLICK AND COLLECT
Save time and effort with our Click & Collect service, which allows you to order your gifts online and collect them from our our stores. Currently this service is only available in Piccadilly, as our other London stores remain closed due to Covid-19.
Orders placed for collection from our Piccadilly store can be collected from the Collection point on the Lower Ground Floor at 181 Piccadilly, London W1A 1ER. Please bring with you a copy of your order confirmation and your photo ID, such as a passport or driving licence.
Please note, orders that contain fresh items must be collected on the specified collection date in order to ensure items are in peak condition. We are unable to refund fresh items that are out of date as a result of late collection.
Customers have 4 days from selected day to collect their order before items are put back into stock. Any orders overdue by more than 4 days will be put back to stock and we will contact you to arrange a refund of your order.

SHIP TO SHOP (UK Only)
Shop online at fortnumandmason.com and have your purchases delivered to a convenient pick-up location near you for the same price as UK Standard Delivery to your home. Available at thousands of locations across the UK, to collect your order please bring a copy of your order confirmation and a form of photo ID, like your passport or driving license, featuring your current postal address. Any orders not collected within 7 days will be returned to Fortnum's and your order will be refunded. *Ship to Shop is not available on fresh items

Deliveries made Monday to Friday. Standard delivery up to 5 working days. (3 working days up to and including your chosen date.)
Non perishable products including hampers and gifts boxes: £5.95 per delivery address.
NAMED DAY DELIVERYAvailable Mon to Sun
Deliveries made Monday to Sunday, subject to availability, 48 hours notice required.
Northern Ireland Named Day Delivery available Monday to Saturday.
All products including hampers and gift boxes: £7.95, per delivery address.
Owing to difficulties guaranteeing delivery on time, Named Day Delivery is not available for deliveries to Highland and Island addresses.
Due to the high number of orders we are currently packing, Named Day Delivery is currently subject to availability, so please make sure to check the next available date during checkout.
NEXT DAY DELIVERY
Available Mon to Fri
Deliveries made Monday to Friday, subject to availability. Orders must be placed by 6pm.
Northern Ireland Next Day Delivery available Tuesday to Friday.
All products including hampers and gift boxes: £9.95 per delivery address.
Owing to difficulties guaranteeing delivery on time, Next Day Delivery is not available for deliveries to Highland and Island addresses.
TRACKING YOUR DELIVERY
As soon as your order has been dispatched you will receive confirmation with tracking information. We also would strongly recommend you download the DPD app from the App Store or Google Play, as it is brilliant at keeping you informed as to the whereabouts of your order and your delivery driver, and allows you lots more control over the receipt of your goods.You will also receive a notification on the evening prior to the day of delivery.
Multiple Address Delivery ArrangementsWith our new multiple address delivery feature, you can fill your shopping bag with items for everyone and only checkout once, even if you're sending your items to more than one address. To send your deliveries to multiple addresses, simply select 'send to multiple addresses' at the checkout and follow the instructions, we'll take care of the rest.
In the event that any item is unavailable, Fortnum & Mason reserves the right to substitute it with an item of equal or greater value than the original, or issue a refund for the product. The hampers and gift boxes photographed contain only the items listed. Some wine vintages may vary according to availability and props used in the photography are not included in the hampers unless otherwise stated in the hamper listing.
