Mainland UK Deliveries
CLICK AND COLLECT
Save time and effort with our Click & Collect service, which allows you to order your gifts online and collect them from our Piccadilly, St Pancras, and Royal Exchange stores, thus enjoying Fortnum's first-class service without queues or delays.
Orders placed for collection from our Piccadilly store can be collected from the Lower Ground Floor Collection point.
Orders placed for collection from St Pancras International will be ready for collection from our store at St Pancras Station, Euston Road, N1C 4QL.
Orders placed for collection from our Royal Exchange store can be collected from 4-7 The Courtyard, The Royal Exchange, London EC3V 3LR.
Collection point opening hours at Piccadilly are: Monday to Saturday 12noon-8pm, Sunday 12noon-6pm.
Collection point opening hours at St Pancras are: Monday to Sunday 12noon-8pm.
Collection point opening hours at The Royal Exchange are: Monday to Saturday 12noon-8pm.
Your order will be available from 12noon on the date of collection. Please bring with you a copy of your order confirmation and your photo ID, such as a passport or driving licence.
Please note, orders that contain fresh items must be collected on the specified collection date in order to ensure items are in peak condition. We are unable to refund fresh items that are out of date as a result of late collection.
Customers have 4 days from selected day to collect their order before items are put back into stock. Any orders overdue by more than 4 days will be put back to stock and we will contact you to arrange a refund of your order.

SHIP TO SHOP (UK Only)
Shop online at fortnumandmason.com and have your purchases delivered to a convenient pick-up location near you, with our new Ship-to-Shop service. Available at thousands of locations across the UK, to collect your order please bring a copy of your order confirmation and a form of photo ID, like your passport or driving license, featuring your current postal address. Any orders not collected within 7 days will be returned to Fortnum's and your order will be refunded. *Ship to Shop is not available on fresh items

Deliveries made Monday to Friday. Standard delivery for in stock items within 3-5 working days. (3 working days up to and including your chosen date.)

NAMED DAY DELIVERYAvailable Mon to Sun
Deliveries made Monday to Sunday, subject to availability, 48 hours notice required.
Northern Ireland Named Day Delivery available Monday to Saturday.
All products including hampers and gift boxes: £7.95, per delivery address.
Owing to difficulties guaranteeing delivery on time, Named Day Delivery is not available for deliveries to Highland and Island addresses.
NEXT DAY DELIVERY
Available Mon to Sun
Deliveries made Monday to Sunday, subject to availability. Orders must be placed by 6pm Monday to Friday and by 2pm Saturday and Sunday for delivery the following day.
Northern Ireland Next Day Delivery available Tuesday to Saturday.

Owing to difficulties guaranteeing delivery on time, Next Day Delivery is not available for deliveries to Highland and Island addresses.
Multiple Address Delivery ArrangementsWith our new multiple address delivery feature, you can fill your shopping bag with items for everyone and only checkout once, even if you're sending your items to more than one address. To send your deliveries to multiple addresses, simply select 'send to multiple addresses' at the checkout and follow the instructions, we'll take care of the rest.
Special Delivery Arrangements
FORTNUM'S - YOUR LOCAL DELIVERY SERVICEAlthough dropping into Fortnum’s is undoubtedly a pleasure, wouldn’t it be nice sometimes if Fortnum’s could come to you? Well, now it can.
Our electric van, beautifully dressed in our eau de nil livery, is nipping around the neighbourhood even as we speak, delivering fresh food, five-star sandwiches, business lunches and other daily essentials right to your doorstep. It can cover a number of London postcodes, from NW8 to SW8 and W10 to SE1 – which means that Fortnum’s superb service can now be enjoyed by quite a lot of people.
So if you have a sudden need for a freshly made Fortnum’s salad, a working lunch for 10, a last-minute leaving gift or a case of chilled champagne – rather popular on a Friday, we find – just pick up the phone and we’ll send someone round post-haste.
ORDERS INCLUDING FRESH FOOD
To ensure that your food reaches you in perfect condition, we are pleased to offer our fresh food range expertly packed and delivered on our named day delivery service.
Please note that as some of our food may be sent to you directly from our famous food halls in Piccadilly, very occasionally we may find it best to send your order in more than one delivery. This is simply to ensure that your food reaches you in peak condition – and there is no extra charge.Please note we require 2 working days notice to amend/cancel fresh food orders.
FRESH FLOWER DELIVERIES
Fresh flowers can be delivered Tuesday-Saturday, and orders close each day at 3pm.
Please note, no signature is required on delivery; if you are away from your chosen delivery address at the time of delivery, your flowers will be left in a appropriately safe and dry location on the property.
Deliveries to BFPO Addresses (BFPO)
Deliveries to BFPO addresses are free, unless otherwise specified.
Please note that parcels sent to Operation Telic and Herrick have a 2kg limit.

The hampers and gift boxes photographed contain only the items listed. Some wine vintages may vary according to availability and props used in the photography are not included in the hampers unless otherwise stated in the hamper listing.
