Mainland UK Deliveries

CLICK AND COLLECT

Save time and effort with our Click & Collect service, which allows you to order your gifts online and collect them from our Piccadilly store, thus enjoying Fortnum's first-class service without queues or delays.

Orders placed for collection from our Piccadilly store can be collected from our dedicated Customer Collection point on the first floor. Customers have 4 days from selected day to collect their order before items are put back into stock.

Collection point opening hours are: Monday to Saturday 10am-8pm, Sunday 12noon-6pm.

Please bring with you a copy of your order confirmation and your photo ID, such as a passport or driving licence.

Please note, orders that contain fresh items must be collected on the specified collection date in order to ensure items are in peak condition. We are unable to refund fresh items that are out of date as a result of late collection.

Any orders overdue by more than 4 days will be put back to stock and we will contact you to arrange a refund of your order.

UK STANDARD DELIVERY

3-5 working days

Deliveries made Monday to Friday. Standard delivery for in stock items within 5 working days. (5 working days up to and including your chosen date.)

Non perishable products including hampers and gifts boxes: £4.95 per delivery address.

NAMED DAY DELIVERY

Available Mon to Fri

Deliveries made Monday to Friday, subject to availability, 72 hours notice required.

All products including hampers and gift boxes: £6.95 per delivery address.

Owing to difficulties guaranteeing delivery on time, Named Day Delivery is not available for deliveries to Northern Ireland or Highland and Island addresses.

NEXT DAY DELIVERY

Available Tue to Fri

Deliveries made Tuesday to Friday, subject to availability. Orders must be placed by 2pm the preceding day.

All products including hampers and gift boxes:£9.95 per delivery address.

Owing to difficulties guaranteeing delivery on time, Named Day Delivery is not available for deliveries to Northern Ireland or Highland and Island addresses.

WEEKEND DELIVERY

Saturdays and Sundays

Deliveries are made on Saturdays and Sundays between 8am and 5pm.Orders must be placed by 2pm on Friday for delivery on the next Saturday and by 2pm on Saturday for delivery on the next Sunday.

Owing to difficulties guaranteeing delivery on time, Weekend Delivery is not available for deliveries to Northern Ireland or Highland and Island addresses.

FORTNUM'S - YOUR LOCAL DELIVERY SERVICE

Although dropping into Fortnum’s is undoubtedly a pleasure, wouldn’t it be nice sometimes if Fortnum’s could come to you? Well, now it can.

Our electric van, beautifully dressed in our eau de nil livery, is nipping around the neighbourhood even as we speak, delivering fresh food, five-star sandwiches, business lunches and other daily essentials right to your doorstep. It can cover a number of London postcodes, from NW8 to SW8 and W10 to SE1 – which means that Fortnum’s superb service can now be enjoyed by quite a lot of people.

So if you have a sudden need for a freshly made Fortnum’s salad, a working lunch for 10, a last-minute leaving gift or a case of chilled champagne – rather popular on a Friday, we find – just pick up the phone and we’ll send someone round post-haste.

ORDERS INCLUDING FRESH FOOD (FRESH FOOD)

To ensure that your food reaches you in perfect condition, we are pleased to offer our fresh food range expertly packed and delivered on our named day delivery service.

Please note that as some of our food may be sent to you directly from our famous food halls in Piccadilly, very occasionally we may find it best to send your order in more than one delivery. This is simply to ensure that your food reaches you in peak condition – and there is no extra charge.

CELEBRATION CAKES AND FRESH FOOD PICNICS

Please note that our celebration cakes and fresh food picnics are only available for collection from our store.

Deliveries to BFPO Addresses (BFPO)

Deliveries to BFPO addresses are free, unless otherwise specified.

Please note that parcels sent to Operation Telic and Herrick have a 2kg limit.

Alternatively, Fortnum & Mason is able to accept orders for delivery of specific products to Japan.

CUSTOMS

For items to be exported, the carriage charge covers packaging and delivery only. Customs duties may be payable. We are unable to advise of these amounts and the recipient is responsible for paying this duty. Customs may also inspect goods prior to delivery. This may cause delay to the delivery of items.

In the event that any item is unavailable, Fortnum & Mason reserves the right to substitute it with an item of equal or greater value than the original, or issue a refund for the product. The hampers and gift boxes photographed contain only the items listed. Some wine vintages may vary according to availability and props used in the photography are not included in the hampers unless otherwise stated in the hamper listing.
