Please note: items which remain uncollected more than four days beyond your specified collection date are liable to be returned to stock.

Save time and effort with our Click & Collect service, which allows you to order your gifts online and collect them from our Piccadilly or St Pancras International stores, thus enjoying Fortnum's first-class service without queues or delays.

Where should you go to collect your order?

If you select Piccadilly, your order will be waiting to be collected from our dedicated Customer Collection point on Lower Ground at 181 Piccadilly, London W1A 1ER. Please note from 26th November the Customer Collection point will be 42 Jermyn Street, London SW1Y 6DN.

Collection point opening hours are: Monday to Saturday 12noon to 9pm, Sunday 12noon to 6pm (your order will be available from 12noon on the date of collection).

If you select St Pancras, your order will be waiting to be collected from our store at St Pancras International.

Collection point opening hours are Monday to Sunday 12am to 8pm.

If you select Royal Exchange, your order will be waiting to be collected from our store.

Collection point opening hours are Monday to Saturday 12am to 8pm.

If you select Somerset House, your order will be waiting to be collected from our Christmas Arcade.

Collection point opening hours are Monday to Saturday 12am to 9pm. Sunday 12noon-7pm

Please bring with you a copy of your order confirmation and your photo ID, such as a passport or driving licence.

Any orders overdue by more than 4 days will be put back to stock and we will contact you to arrange a refund of your order.

Please note, orders that contain fresh items must be collected on the specified collection date in order to ensure items are in peak condition. We are unable to refund fresh items that are out of date as a result of late collection.
