Click and Collect

Customer Collection Point, Piccadilly Store

Available Monday to Saturday 11am to 7pm, Sunday 12noon to 6pm.

Save time and effort with our Click & Collect service, which allows you to order your gifts online and collect them from our stores. Currently this service is only available in Piccadilly, as our other London stores remain temporarily closed due to Covid-19.

Where should you go to collect your order?

Your order will be waiting to be collected from our dedicated Customer Collection point on the Lower Ground Floor at 181 Piccadilly, London W1A 1ER.

Collection point opening hours are Monday to Saturday 12noon to 7pm and Sunday 12 noon to 6pm.

Please bring with you a copy of your order confirmation and your photo ID, such as a passport or driving licence.

Any orders overdue by more than 4 days will be put back to stock and we will contact you to arrange a refund of your order.

Please note, orders that contain fresh items must be collected on the specified collection date in order to ensure items are in peak condition. We are unable to refund fresh items that are out of date as a result of late collection.
