Please bring your order confirmation and your photo IDPlease note: items which remain uncollected more than four days beyond your specified collection date are liable to be returned to stock.
Save time and effort with our Click & Collect service, which allows you to order your gifts online and collect them from our Piccadilly or St Pancras International stores, thus enjoying Fortnum's first-class service without queues or delays.
Where should you go to collect your order?
If you select Piccadilly, your order will be waiting to be collected from our dedicated Customer Collection point on the First Floor.
Collection point opening hours are: Monday to Saturday 9am to 8pm, Sunday 12noon to 6pm (your order will be available from 12noon on the date of collection).
If you select St Pancras, your order will be waiting to be collected from our store at St Pancras International. Opening hours are Monday to Saturday 7am to 9pm, Sunday 8am to 8pm.
Please bring with you a copy of your order confirmation and your photo ID, such as a passport or driving licence.
Any orders overdue by more than 4 days will be put back to stock and we will contact you to arrange a refund of your order.
Please note, orders that contain fresh items must be collected on the specified collection date in order to ensure items are in peak condition. We are unable to refund fresh items that are out of date as a result of late collection.
