Made using a careful selection of black olives, picked at the moment of their ripening to create a sweet and harmonic flavour with delicate and full-bodied fruity taste. Experience sweetness with a touch of almonds balanced with an essence of vegetables.
Produced in the provinces of Florence, Arezzo and Sienna, the olives are harvested from October to December and processed within twenty hours of picking.
