As keepers of British tradition and long-supporters of a homegrown food future, we’re proud to introduce the latest culinary concept to be born out of Piccadilly, FIELD by Fortnum’s. With sustainability and seasonality at the heart of a plant-led menu, each dish is designed around daily sourced produce and ingredients, almost all of which are sourced from the UK. We support small scale fishing by sourcing from day boats while meat, dairy and vegetables are all sourced from farms that use regenerative farming principles.


A concept inspired to minimise wastefulness and celebrate locality, expect deceptively simple, but powerfully delicious food from this country’s greatest and freshest produce.
