Before the sun goes down, children will get to make something very scary indeed to take home with them.

Dry Ice Craft Event

Tuesday 27 & Wednesday 28 October, 11.30am

This hands on show will include some amazing spooky and theatrical demonstrations with dry ice in cauldrons. We will make bubble bombs, hear metal scream and the children will even get to make their own slime.

Hallowe’en Lanterns Craft Event

Tuesday 27 & Wednesday 28 October, 2.30pm

Ensure that your haunted house looks suitably scary with Fortnum’s lantern and jar decorating activities. Young witches and wizards can try their hand at decorating spooky two spooky Ghost and Pumpkin Lanterns.

Pumpkin Decopatch Craft Event

Tuesday 27 & Wednesday 28 October, 4pm

Using a selection of Halloween papers and the Decoupage layering technique the children will be able to decorate their own unique pumpkin for Halloween. Paper maché pumpkin making is perfect for the little ones.

Ticket price £20 per child per session

There are 15 places per workshop, so early booking is advised.

Children's Pumpkin Carving

Thursday 29 October, 11am

Returning for a third year, the Children’s Pumpkin Carving event will once again take place in the Demonstration Kitchen on the First Floor. Children aged up to 10 can unleash their designs onto plump pumpkins.

If you're feeling peckish, why not visit The Parlour where delicious Pumpkin soup with Parmesan crackling will be served. Those with a sweeter tooth can treat themselves to a Pumpkin Sundae with Pecan brittle served in a ghoulish gourd, or spiced pumpkin ice cream by the scoop.
