To celebrate the launch of Donna Hay’s book ‘Modern Baking: Cakes, Cookies and Everything in Between’, we will welcome the acclaimed Australian food editor and cookbook author into our Piccadilly store for an exclusive in-conversation event.

Donna has written 27 cookbooks, so is well-versed in the art of sharing a good recipe. In fact, she has been previously counted amongst the ‘Magnificent Seven’ cookbook authors at the International Gourmand Awards.

The elegant Drawing Room within our Diamond Jubilee Tea Salon will be the perfect setting for this event hosted by Fiona McCarthy (Vogue Living's London editor) – over the course of which guests will enjoy a selection of Donna’s delicious cakes and cookies, all of which will be paired with different wines or teas. Guests will also be greeted with a glass of Champagne on arrival, and have the opportunity to take away a signed copy of the book – the price of which is included in the ticket.
