Desdeya Uno Tequila Blanco, 50cl

Crafted in the Highlands of Jalisco at one of Mexico’s pioneering female-led, additive-free distilleries, Desdeya Uno Tequila Blanco is a bold and characterful expression of 100% Altos agave. Grown in volcanic soil and slow-roasted in brick ovens, the agave’s rich sugars develop into deep honeyed flavours, lifted by citrus oils and finished with subtle nutty undertones. Fermented with Burgundy wine yeast and twice distilled in copper stills, this full-bodied Blanco is bottled at an uncommonly high 42% ABV for added intensity and length. Smooth and flavour-forward with a buttery mouthfeel, it pairs effortlessly with olives, cured meats, and ceviche - anything that balances salinity with richness.
