UK Delivery Charges
Standard delivery takes between 3-5 working days, with deliveries made Monday to Friday.
Please note, all orders, excluding fresh food and flowers (and alcohol for Northern Ireland) to the following postcodes can only be dispatched by standard delivery:

BT1 to BT17, BT29,
FK17 to FK21,
HS1 to HS9,
IM, IV1 to IV56, IV63,
KA27, KA28, KW1 to KW3, KW5 to KW17,
PA2, PA20 to PA49, PA60 to PA78, PH15 to PH26,
PH30 to PH44, PH49, PH50,
TR21 to TR25,
ZE1 to ZE3
Deliveries are made Monday to Sunday with 48 hours notice. Named Day delivery are subject to availability, with limited slots and any date may become fully booked without notice.
Named Day Delivery is not available for deliveries to Highland and Island addresses, due to difficulties guranteeing delivery on time.

Orders must be placed by midday Monday to Sunday.
Available at thousands of Waitrose locations across the UK, allowing you to have your order delivered to a convenient pick-up location near you.
To collect your order please bring a copy of your order confirmation and a form of photo ID, such as your passport or driving license, featuring your current postal address.
If you do not collect your order with 7 days, this will be returned to us and a refund will be processed against the original card used for payment.

Please click on the following link to see your nearest Ship 2 Shop. Alternatively, when placing your order on our website, once you have clicked on "Customer Collection" and selected "a shop near me", you can enter your postcode and a list of shops in the area will appear.
Fresh Food - Deliveries are available from Monday to Sunday, subject to availability. You can choose Named Day or Next Working Day delivery.
Fresh food is also available for collection from our Piccadilly store, we are unable to offer any other click and collect or Ship to Shop service. Slots are limited and any date may become fully booked without notice. Next Day orders for Fresh Food must be completed by 12pm on the day prior to your scheduled delivery. Please note, we are currently not able to deliver fresh food to the Channel Islands.

Flowers - must be ordered separately to any other Fortnum's products. All Next Day orders for Flowers must be completed by 3pm on the day prior to your scheduled delivery. Please note, we are currently not able to deliver flowers to the Channel Islands.
We are currently unable to deliver flowers on Sunday or Monday (with the exception of Mothering Sunday. All Mother's Day flower orders must, however, by received by midday the day before Mothering Sunday).
For Christmas, we will not be delivering flowers between 24th Dec 2024 - 2nd Jan 2025
Fresh picnics are available for delivery within the M25 only. We can deliver picnics before 1pm, 7 days a week. Unfortunately, our fresh picnics are not available for Next Day Delivery, please order by 3pm for a 48-hour delivery.
We require 2 working days’ notice to amend or cancel fresh food orders.
Deliveries to BFPO addresses are free, unless otherwise specified. Please note that parcels sent to Operation Telic and Herrick have a 2kg limit.
