The health and wellbeing of our customers, staff and the wider community is our utmost priority.
In line with the latest government advice, all of our London stores and restaurants are open, with the exception of The Fortnum's Bar & Restaurant at St Pancras International which remains closed until further notice.

Can I visit your restaurants?
Yes, all of our restaurants are open with the exception of The Fortnum's Bar & Restaurant at St Pancras International. You can book a table here.
What safety measures have you put in place to protect your staff and customers in your stores?
To help make shopping with us as safe as possible, we ask that visitors kindly respect some of the measures we have put in place to ensure this.
Masks must be worn inside our stores and while you wait to be seated in our restaurants. We have implemented social distancing protocols throughout the store, including one-way circulation routes on our stairways, till safety screens and the provision of hand sanitiser.
We also ask all visitors to be patient and considerate of others.

Can I still order with you online?
Yes, and we are delivering both domestically and globally. Order within the UK and we can deliver to you in the same week, and for international orders in 5-6 working days.
Will my delivery be impacted?
Delivery times may be impacted in certain regions, and we thank you for your understanding.
As we're packing a higher number of orders than usual at the moment, we're temporarily unable to amend orders after they have been made.

How can I track my order?
As soon as your order has been dispatched you will receive confirmation with tracking information. We also would strongly recommend you download the DPD app from the App Store or Google Play, as it is brilliant at keeping you informed as to the whereabouts of your order and your delivery driver, and allows you lots more control over the receipt of your goods. You will also receive a notification on the evening prior to the day of delivery.
