Conspiracy Chocolate x Fortnum's

Something most unexpected is coming to Fortnum’s this February.
We’re delighted to launch our brand new Unexpected Ingredients series, a thrilling journey for the tastebuds - and to kick it off, we’re partnering with Conspiracy Chocolate for an exclusive set menu at Fortnum’s from 10th February to 9th March.
Based in Hong Kong, Conspiracy Chocolate crafts bean-to-bar creations using cacao from a single farm in Dak Lak, Vietnam. "We are delighted to be working with Fortnum & Mason," says Amit Oz, co-founder of Conspiracy Chocolate. "They're a brand that shares our belief that everything tastes better with a bit of chocolate added to the mix. As culinary creatives and lovers of palate pleasures, there was an instant sync in the creative process, and our menu, infused with rich cacao flavours, stand to show our adventurous spirit in pushing the boundaries of flavour.”
So if you’re as much a sweet tooth as us, be sure to book your table today and enjoy a menu of everything from Coarse Ground chocolate brioche to Cacao bacon butter velouté.
Meet Conspiracy Chocolate
Conspiracy Chocolate is a bean-to-bar chocolate company in Hong Kong founded by Amit Oz and Celine Herren in August 2018 - born out of a passion for chocolate that ‘got out of hand’. Their chocolate is made using cacao from a single farm in the Dak Lak region, Vietnam. The chocolate is handcrafted from the bean to the bar using slow and mindful processes to retain the natural taste and health benefits of the cacao. They combine traditional Mayan methods with modern science, using high quality cacao and heavily researched and developed processes to bring out a terroir’s natural experience without distractions, additives or manufacturing compromises.
