Crafted near Castelnuovo Berardenga in Tuscany, this Chianti Classico from Carpineta Fontalpino blends tradition with a modern sensibility. Organically farmed and carefully aged in a mix of large oak casks and barriques, this expressive Sangiovese reveals aromas of sour cherry, dried herbs, and a hint of leather. The palate is both structured and refined, offering red plum, cedar, and warming spice, all supported by vibrant acidity and fine, well-integrated tannins.

A natural match for Tuscan cuisine, serve with Bistecca alla Fiorentina, mushroom risotto, or tomato-rich pasta dishes. Aged Pecorino also makes a worthy partner.
