Bell Hutley Peter Rabbit's Vegetable Garden Pea Placemat

Inspired by the Beatrix Potter Peter Rabbit tales, Bell Hutley’s latest collection will bring a touch of nostalgia to your table setting. Made in the UK, the Vegetable Garden Pea Placemat is crafted from eucalyptus and cork with a black baize and finished with a whimsical illustration. “Since I was a little girl, I have read the tales of Peter Rabbit, the illustrations by Beatrix Potter have a distinct nostalgic feel to them. I still have beautiful old copies of the books I keep in my flat. I got the idea for this collection when I was going to my local deli on Golborne Road. Every morning I'm met with the most beautiful vibrant colours and patterns at their vegetable section. I'm always taken back at how something grown in the earthy ground can produce such rich and bright colours.” – Bell Hutley.
