This fantastic case celebrates our very best white burgundy. Enjoy a glass of our crisp Saint-Véran, named after the village located in the extreme south of the Mâconnais region of Burgundy, just north of Beaujolais. To preserve the juicy green and crab apple flavours on the palate, renowned organic producer Joseph Drouhin vinifies the wine in stainless steel rather than oak. Our Chablis is made by Domaine Louis Michel, who seeks to produce Chablis in its purest form - receiving no oak contact and remaining on their lees for 8 months before bottling. The perfect aperitif, it pairs well with our gently cured Smoked Salmon.
