Inside you will find a Glenarm Salt-Aged Delmonico Ribeye Steak, exclusive to Fortnum's, a portion of triple-cooked chunky chips and two sides of indulgently smooth and creamy Béarnaise and Horseradish Sauce.
Hand-selected from the Glenarm Estate in Northern Ireland, the ribeye has been dry-aged for between 28 and 42 days in the chamber, which is made from more than 1000 hand-cut bricks of salt. This chamber purifies the air and concentrates the flavour of the meat, producing an incomparable piece of beef.
No Valentine's Day dinner would be complete without a bottle, so we've included our Fortnum's Barossa Valley Shiraz – an intense and powerful expression of fruit and chocolate, this full-bodied red has a smooth palate and a long, velvety finish.
