One Star Winner at the 2018 Great Taste Awards
With inquisitive neighbours of elephants and water buffalo and stunning natural surroundings, the Blackburn Estate where this coffee grew has become synonymous with high quality. The result is this exquisite, hand-selected coffee, with aromatics of black stone fruits, wine gums, butterscotch and ginger, leading to a clean, super-sweet finish with a fresh, pointed acidity.
When to drink:
This is a wonderful coffee at any time of the day.

Fully washed. Pickers select only the very ripest cherries from the historic Bourbon and Kent Arabica coffee trees. In the late afternoon the cherries are pulped and the coffee fermented in the cool, overnight conditions before being carefully washed the next morning ready to be sun-dried on shaded nets.
Best for cafetieres and filter methods. Brew at a ratio of 55-60g of coffee per litre of water for best result. Will also offer a remarkable espresso - aim to achieve a 25ml shot volume in 25-30 seconds, using a fine grind.
