Small, independent, artisan producer Angelo Accadia owns six hectares and makes three versions of this local indigenous variety. The clean, neat nose recalling hay, camomile, peaches and dried wild flowers precedes a medium, lively body. It is soft and round yet with a zing that makes it fresh and very enjoyable. On the palate it expresses notes of peaches, apricot, fresh grapes - with a delicate hint of exotic spices, and an unmistakeable salty cream caramel finish. Tasting Notes
