Preparation and use
- Cooking Precautions: All appliances vary, these are guidelines only
- Can be eaten hot or cold. For re-heating: Place scotch egg on a baking tray at 180 deg C for four minutes. This will crisp up the breadcrumb coating and warm egg through, leaving the yolk still slightly soft set.
