Preparation and use
- Cooking Precautions: All appliances vary, these are guidelines only
- DIRECTIONS FOR ONE CUP: Heat 125ml of milk in a saucepan. Place two tablespoons of the chocolate into a mug and stir. If required stir in some sugar to your preferred taste. Panela a raw cane sugar works perfectly. For a more adventurous experience heat 120ml of milk and 40ml of cream in a saucepan, and add one mild de-seeded chilli to infuse as you bring to 80C. Remove the saucepan from the heat and carefully remove the chilli, which would have gently infused. In a cup, carefully mix two tablespoons of chocolate to a paste with a little of the milk mixture. Add this to the pan and stir. Allow to cool uncovered. Reheat before serving.
