Begin by uncorking a personalised Blanc de Blanc Champagne – inscribed with a little love note of your choice – enjoyed alongside creamy whipped tofu, crackers and crudites with a warm beetroot salad. The main meal consists of our wonderfully earthy wild mushroom ravioli served with mixed kale; and to finish we have included a rich marmalade tart with creme fraiche. Finally, as we see nothing wrong with a cheesy gesture, we have added a cheeseboard stacked with three of our finest fromages
– perfectly paired with our light and elegant Pinot Noir.
