Fortnum's Swartland Chenin Blanc
The grapes are handpicked in the early hours of the morning from dryland plantings of 40 year old bush vines in the Swartland. No battonage or malolactic fermentation has been used in the winemaking as there is a determination here to produce wines with freshness and acidity, to balance the rich citric fruit and honey almond notes resplendent on the finish.
The result is a wonderfully versatile white that pairs well with both Asian and European food. Please note that it is an offence to purchase or attempt to purchase alcoholic liquor if you are under the age of 18."For a full list of ingredients and allergens, please contact us here.
