Preparation and use
- Cooking Precautions: All appliances vary, these are guidelines only
- To Steam, remove the film wrap, wrap the basin in foil and place the covered basin in a steamer or saucepan of water filled two thirds of the depth of the basin and boil gently for 1 hour. Do not boil dry. To Microwave, remove film wrap and loosen plastic lid. Cook on full power for 2 minutes (time based on a 800 watt output. If different refer to manufacturers handbook). Check that the pudding is hot before serving. Two or more basins will require longer cooking time. Serving Once cooked, remove the silicon disc and invert the basin onto a plate. Leave for 30 seconds and then lift off the basin. Important Remove basin carefully after cooking as pudding and basin will be very hot. Serves 1-2 people
