Shortbread biscuits were traditionally cut out with a china teacup, creating the classic shortbread ‘round’. To make these particular rounds even more enticing, we have added a helping of Sir Nigel’s Vintage Marmalade, with delicious results. The deep, bitter orange flavour complements the sweetness, while the pieces of orange peel add a wonderful chewy texture.
