The Carillon family has been making wine in the village of Puligny-Montrachet since the 16th Century. This notable wine in their selection is made from the Chardonnay grape and aged for one year in oak barrels and six months in steel tanks. The result is a delicate taste with a full body, mineral tones and notes of peach, exotic fruit and apple blossom. Its lingering, intense finish is a sublime match to fine fish, shellfish and flavoursome pork.Tasting Notes
