This exceptional Burgundian domaine is entirely biodynamic, following the lunar calendar. The famous Clos is a magnificent parcel of five hectares situated in the heart of the Grands and Petits Epenots, where the vines are between 30 and 80 years old. The Clos is responsible for the deepest, richest, most intensely concentrated and longest lived wines in Pommard.
Wonderfully rich, this still red pairs perfectly with roast grouse, pheasant, partridge and venison.
