Perrier-Jouët Belle Epoque Blanc de Blancs 2002
Created by cellar master Hervé Deschamps, Chardonnay from the two most refined plots in the Perrier-Jouët Cramant vineyard, Bourons Leroy and Bourons du Midi, went into the making of the Belle Epoque Blanc de Blancs 2002.
A pale yellow hue, luminous and enticing, with fine bubbles
Fragrances of astonishing richness, a delicate and elegant complexity - white flowers subtly accentuated by hints of citrus, mineral notes and acacaia honey
Candid and round, with pleasantly balanced sugary notes, all in vibrant harmony. The delicate aromas complete the tasting for a fine long finish.
