Whole Salmon en Croute, Cooked
Pull out all the stops with this delicate, yet satisfying cooked Salmon en Croute. Made in-house, the Salmon en Croute is a flaky, golden brown puff pastry that's laced with a delectable savoury filling of salmon and sauteed spinach.
Cooking Instructions: Pre-heat oven to 185°c. Place on a baking tray in the centre of the oven for 45 minutes.
Please note: This Salmon en Croute will arrive frozen, so it will need to be put into the fridge overnight to defrost.
Before cooking, please check that the product has fully defrosted by inserting a skewer into the centre of the salmon, if there is no resistance then it is fine to cook.
