Preparation and use
- Cooking Precautions: All appliances vary, these are guidelines only
- Pour one 75cl bottle of red wine and a small glass of orange juice (optional) into a saucepan. Add 2 tablespoons of sugar and 1 Mulling Wine spice bundle. Heat gently, stirring occasionally. When nearly boiling, remove from the heat and allow to stand for 10 minutes. Reheat, add a dash of schnapps or brandy. Do not let boil, but serve hot. For special occasions, add some slices of fresh lemon or orange.
