Fully washed then sun-dried on patios. Outstanding coffee from Santa Clara won awards in the Guatemala Cup of Excellence in 2001, 2009 and 2010, proving the consistently high standards achieved by the farm.
Brewing guide:
Best for use in cafetieres and filter methods. Brew at a ratio of 55-60g of coffee per litre of water for best results.
