Fortnum's Summer Cup
The recipe draws inspiration from our history as a 19th century trader of rare and unusual teas, spices and dried fruits from around the globe.
Exotic botanicals are distilled across the river in Battersea and macerated further to create a spirit with floral accents of lime flower and rose over a backdrop of rich sandalwood and sweet currants.
Best enjoyed in the most traditional way; mixed with ice, good quality lemonade and fresh seasonal fruit.
