Fortnum's Châteauneuf-du-Pape, Andre Brunel
*Please note that Grower of the Month wines are not included in the standard case discount, as a separate discount already applies. Our Châteauneuf has been produced by André Brunel on the classic stony soil of Châteauneuf du Pape, the most important appellation of the southern Rhône.
It is a blend of 70% Grenache, 15% Mourvedre, and 15% Syrah. The wine is aged for 18 months, partially in oak and is then bottled without fining or filtration.
The heat of the south of France provides a typically rich palate but there is finesse poise and beautifully integrated tannins on the finish. Please note that it is an offence to purchase or attempt to purchase alcoholic liquor if you are under the age of 18.For a full list of ingredients and allergens, please contact us here.
Produced by renowned André Brunel, our Châteauneuf-du-Pape with ripe red fruit notes stands up to our decadently rich Truffled Cheddar Wedge.
