Preparation and use
- Cooking Precautions: All appliances vary, these are guidelines only
- Remove the foie gras from the refrigerator 15 minutes before serving. Remove the sleeve to free the mould. Then peel off the film and turn the mould upside down to release. Use a thin knife dipped in hot water to slice.
