Lightly seasoned with only a little salt, peppercorns and white wine, this delicious salami is made from the meat of heavy Italian pigs and cured in the valley where Parma Ham is produced.
Left to rest and then encased in natural gut, as dictated by the most authentic tradition, after two to three months the salami is ready to eat with a round aroma and a rich, delightful flavour.Weight: 100g
