Farmed Scottish Smoked Salmon, 400g
Our salmon sides are smoked in traditional smokeboxes with fires that are constantly burning and are monitored by hand. The salmon is smoked for between 24 and 72 hours over British Oak. The smoking time depends on many external factors which is why the time can vary.

Preparation and use
- Cooking Precautions: All appliances vary, these are guidelines only
- It is recommended that the salmon is removed from the packaging and allowed to 'breathe' for half an hour at room temperature before consumption. Any remaining salmon should be well wrapped and returned to the refrigerator.
