Single variety produced from 100% Cordovil olives representative of this region of Alentejo. This olive oil offers a grassy fruity aroma, and a delicate tangy taste on the palate.
Single variety produced from 100% early-ripened Galega olives. This sweet olive oil has a ripe fruity aroma, characterised with a scent of apple, emblematic of the Portuguese olive variety.
