Dungeness Woodsage Honey, 200g
Bees forage on the wild wood sage and viper's bugloss which grows on the flint beaches of Dungeness. An homage to the late Derek Jarman, who used to keep bees in the area, these seasonal hives sat in proximity of Prospect Cottage. The honey’s unusual woody forest notes match well with savory dishes such as cheeses and wild mushrooms as much as on your toast.
