- Remove the cap and put in the microwave at low level during 30 seconds 3 or 4 times stirring each time, or in bain-marie (hot water) for approximately 10-12 minutes. Stir well with a spoon for a smooth texture. Dip pieces of fresh fruits (bananas, strawberries, apples, grapes, clementines, cherries, pineapple) or biscuits, croissant, brioche, crispy bread, or dried fruits (figs, almonds, nuts).The special stone-ceramic maintains the chocolate fondue warm and melted for 45 minutes minimum.
