This Easter, Fortnum & Mason has created a creamy quartet of chocolate eggs using exclusive recipes. Housed in two milk chocolate eggs is a silken Strawberry and Champagne cream, whilst two dark chocolate eggs are filled with a smooth Bucks Fizz fondant. Fortnum’s own champagne is used to create each cream and the eggs are abstractly hand painted for a final flourish of artistry.
