Colston Bassett – Pasteurised, Vegetarian: Made by Billy Kevan in Nottinghamshire, this is the king of British blue cheeses. Characterised by its butter-like texture as a result of hand ladling curds to protect the delicate structure. Expect a gentle sweetness balanced by punchy savouriness.

Westcombe Cheddar – Raw: Rich, nutty and caramel taste from a dairy in the heart of cheddar – Milton Clevedon Somerset.

Tunworth – Pasteurised: The British Isles’ equivalent to Camembert created by Stacey Hedges and Charlotte Bruce in Hampshire. Enjoy the savoury yet gentle soft paste characterised by a slight chalking in the centre.

Wensleydale – Pasteurised, Vegetarian: A true territorial cheese produced in the village of Wensleydale in the heart of the Yorkshire Dales National Park. A characteristic white cheese defined by its lactic notes and crumbly paste.

Golden Cenarth – Pasteurised, Vegetarian: A cow’s milk wash rind cheese made in West Wales by Carwyn Adams of Caws Cenarth – traditional Caerphilly makers – with gentle, buttery and mildly piquant taste.
